Tiffany Aidoo
Senior Coach and Trainer

Tiffany Aidoo is a force in sport, storytelling, and social change. A record-breaking former collegiate athlete and current sports analyst, she brings heart, insight, and lived experience to every arena she steps into. Tiffany is part of the Laureus Sport for Good USA team, where she leads with purpose—using the power of sport to drive youth development and community impact.

She covers Tulane Women’s Basketball for ESPN+ and has appeared on March Madness coverage and IWC Schaffhausen’s Chrono Challenge alongside global icons like David Coulthard and Lewis Hamilton. Tiffany’s voice carries beyond the broadcast, advocating for current and former athletes through mentorship, speaking engagements, and one-on-one guidance.

Born and raised in the Greater New Orleans area, and proud of her Ghanaian roots, Tiffany is deeply intuitive, grounded by nature, and driven by legacy. She still holds the Tulane men’s and women’s basketball record for most 3-pointers in a single game—an achievement that earned her a shoutout from Hall of Famer Rebecca Lobo on ESPN. Whether courtside or in the community, Tiffany is committed to telling powerful stories and opening pathways for the next generation.
